Whilst there were many publications during the war, none were of the quality of the Navy & Army Illustrated. Other cheaper publications were made for mass consumption and on low grade paper whilst the Navy & Army was produced good quality stock. Produced with superb pictures and articles. These are the finest contemporary records that were available on a weekly basis for the public during the war.
