1940-50's Made in Japan Black Glass Tabletop Art Deco Cigarette Lighter that has no chips or cracks in the glass. Brass has some patina and is stamped "JAPAN" on one side. Brass mechanism lifts out of the glass. Black glass has no chips or cracks. Brass lighter piece does not seat onto the glass. Clips may have to be adjusted. Lighter is 4 3/8 inches tall by 2 5/8 inches at its widest point. LIGHTER DOES NOT WORK!!! Please look at the photos carefully before bidding. Buyer to pay shipping.
