The Oticon Smart charger has an internal battery that when fully charged, allows you to charge your hearing aids three full charges without being connected to a power source. It comes with a USB Power Cable, Wall Adapter(U.S.) and instruction manual. It is essentially in brand new condition however the box has been opened. This is for Oticon miniRite R hearing aids, not miniBTE. MiniBTE chargers have a larger hearing aid port.
