Looks to be in good used condition but I have zero knowledge on how these work. When you turn it on the hopper shakes like i assume it should. The only part i'm not real sure if it needs some work on is the piece on the right that connects to the hopper. Not sure if something is missing or just needs adjusted but just wanted to point it out so you look at it closely. This is very very heavy so no returns will be allowed for any reason.
