RARE WATERMARKED Block Letter CSA T-28 1861 $10 Confederate PF-11 Rarity R12 (Less than 10 known) PMG VF20 Stains, Annotations. A great rarity! The second finest Criswell-Ball example of this rare variety recently sold at Heritage for $1,500. That one is a PMG 25 with stains, and the color is not as nice or bright as this one. Another example appeared on eBay a few months ago, and sold for over $1,300. This one is graded VF 20 and PMG notes Stains (as shown) and annotations which seem to be an old Bradbeer number in pencil on the back, and a larger blue colored scribble of initials or something. Apart from the stains, the color is nice and bright, and it has three really good margins with the left margin missing about half the frame line.
