The unit powers without error and I was able to go through all of the menu options easily. The display contrast is working properly. I did test the unit using my prescription glasses and I was able to get accurate readings. I was also able to mark the lenses (see pics) and the lens holder is working properly. All buttons are functioning properly. It does have an built-in printer and I was able print results, but it is missing the door for it. Guaranteed not to be DOA. This unit is used to take measurements of single and multifocal lenses for glasses including progressive lenses. It can also hard and soft contact lenses.
