Description

This uncirculated 50 Turkish lira note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Turkey in 1983. It is a brown note that is dated 14 January 1970, bear the signatures of Osman Siklar and Ibrahim Kurt, and measures 160 mm x 71 mm. Its obverse side features Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Its reverse side shows the Marble Fountain in Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. The note was demonetized in 1997.
