This listing is for one 4 Inch Silicon Wafer, as Shown This 4 inch wafer has a nice green hue to it. It contains many structures/die. The edge of the wafer seems to have die that are missing their upper-layers. I am unsure whether this was intended, or one of the reasons this was never fully packaged into devices. The origins of this wafer are unknown. The last phew images show one of the five test areas. There is a group of some very interestingly shaped structures in an area that is not translucent in regular room lighting. Will ship either the same or next business day.
